I tried to position the talk for anyone pursuing an entrepreneurial effort -- "intrapreneurial" projects in a larger company, MicroISVs, bootstraps, or venture funded companies.  I think a lot of the same lessons apply.  I probably spent 1/4 of the time talking about venture funding (since I've spent a lot of time trying to raise it and feel like I have something to teach on that front), but I also spent a while on each of the other models.

I hope it was a useful talk for everyone who attended.
