					<description>It is always important to use the "spectrum analysis" principle when discussing ideas like those presented in Eric's article (he says so himself). If you look at the two extreme ends of the spectrum in relation to transparency you end up with the following:

1) Total transparency
2) Zero transparency

Both are probably not the way you want to run your business. The trick is to determine where on the transparency spectrum you currently operate and where on the spectrum you want to be. The answer is different for everybody. However, keep in mind that operating at either end of the spectrum usually results in lower profitability.</description>
